No complaints from here! Joann and her team made the entire process simple from start to finish. The hospital in Juarez was exceptional- they truly have a great staff and five star facilities. If you are nervous about traveling across the border- do not hesitate. The doctors were incredible, they had the most amazing bedside manners- introducing themselves before the surgery and checking in on me afterwards. My cab drivers were friendly, they even got us back across the border in record time by avoiding the long lines! BeLiteWeight took the time to answer all of my questions, they were always just a call or text away no matter what. I'm 13 days post op, 20 pounds down, and I could not be happier!

There is not one single thing that I can say negative about the Belite Weight team. For my very first conversation with them until now I have always been treated as an individual rather than a patient. I recently had some issues with my acct. and Jamie handled it promptly and even asked for an update on my progresss. If I had to do it all again, there is no question I would have the Belite team on my side

The doctors and staff were all excellent, very attentive and I knew exactly what to expect. I was transported immediately to the hospital and the rooms are extremely nice for you and your support person. I was visited very regularly by my nurse, the doctors (2) and they were all outstanding. Very supportive. Jessica is an outstanding support person always checking in on you, and making sure you know who to call if you have any questions. I would recommend BeLite Weight to anyone.

The doctors have an amazing bed side manner. They are very personable & visit you twice a day before & after your surgery. The staff is extremely accommodating. There is a small language barrier but if they don't understand what you are saying, they find someone on staff that does. The patient care advocate is awesome. She answers all your questions very quickly & even calls to check on you after surgery. Overall it was a great experience. The facility is extremely clean. I felt very safe from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I would highly recommend BeLiteWeight to anyone who is considering weight loss surgery. Thank You All !! Jamie Owens

My experience with Be Lite was phenomenal. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, informative, and supportive. They walked me through the entire process and they have even helped me since my surgery. I would tell anyone who is looking for great service and affordable cost to use Be Lite. It was the best decision that I made. The doctors were excellent and the hospital was first class all the way. They made what I thought would be a scary experience turn Into a smooth and pleasant experience. Love those guys!!!!
