Great exoerience!!!!!!

It has been 2 years since my surgery. I am down almost 100lbs and have been able to keep it off. I have had no complications at all. Would recommend to anyone.

Wow. Where do I begin? From our first call of inquiry to BeLite, until now, has been nothing short of a spectacular experience. Everything I was told exceeded my expectations. In short... I had the most pleasurable experience any patient could ever have (considering that it WAS surgery) and I want to share it with everyone. I recently had gastric by-pass surgery in Juarez Mexico at Hospital Angeles. WOW.!!! What a 5 star staff and facility. My wife had the same exact surgery 3 years prior by the same exact doctors and staff, however at a different hospital. I was very aware of her positive experience but a bit concerned about the change of venue. My concerns quickly vanished away upon arrival. Again, from the young lady at the admissions desk all the way to the 5th floor staff I was exceptionally pleased. Doctor Rodriguez is THE BEST EVER doctor/surgeon for this type surgery. He performed an excellent surgery on my wife who experienced zero complications and now again, certainly for me also. All the doctors, and all the nurses, along with the entire staff treated me like royalty. The nutritionist that came into the room and spent time with us post surgery...informing us what to expect moving forward was awesome. She was so professional. The bedside manners of all the staff was so impressive. All the doctors that kept checking on us during our stay was so helpful. These people have their act together. The surgery has been an enormous success. From recovery till now I’ve had an excellent experience. I am a minister who pastor’s in the U.S. I had the surgery on a Thursday afternoon and left the hospital 2 days later on Saturday morning. I flew in late that night. I was able to fulfill my pastoral duties the very next day by preaching on both services... Sunday morning and Sunday night. I experienced no greater pain that any normal post surgery situation, and perhaps even far less than most. As matter of fact, due to my excellent mobility, and little pain, not one member of my congregation even knew I had surgery until I told them later. Thank you Doctor Rodriguez... You did it again. I will always be a debtor to you and your wonderful staff. Keep up the good work. I’m telling everybody about you guys. I’m sold on the entire program you guys offer. All of it. Thank you to the professional staff at Hospital Angeles. Thank you also, to my personal nurse (Enrique) you are the best. I was treated like family in Hospital Angeles. As a minister I’m continually in and out of many hospitals and clinics while visiting sick members of our church or perhaps those connected with our congregation. For 31 years of ministry I’ve done this. Hospital Angeles is the cleanest and most professional ran hospital anywhere you can find. I’m more than impressed. 5 star. Thanks also, to BeLite and my facilitator (Lejla) She was there every step of the way for my wife 3 years ago and now for myself also . ... wow... she has held my hand throughout from day one. She is more than a business associate, but the last 3 years she has become a friend of ours via cell phone. She is knowledgable, and professional, and very caring. Simply awesome. Lejla thank you girl for the follow up calls and everything. Thanks to BeLite owner Joanne of whom took the time to call me also, and thanks for not simply taking my money and then abandoning us. You guys have proven to us for 3 years now, that you sincerely care for us as people and not simply customers only. We love you guys. P.S. During my surgery Doctor Rodriguez also discovered I had a hernia tear the size of a baseball where my stomach adjoins to my esophagus. He repaired it at no additional cost. Zero complications. I had an excellent experience with BeLite all the way around! Not one negative in my whole experience! I wouldn’t change anything! My husband went with me and he felt so good about it that he also scheduled with BeLite. I was a little concerned about going to Mexico in the beginning. I’m not bilingual. I never had a problem with communication. No pain! I was up and walking within hours after my surgery. Dr Rodriguez and his team were very attentive and warm. All the hospital staff was very professional. I feel as if I made friends for life with this company, they have contacted me after surgery and are always there for questions or advice. The hospital was the cleanest hospital I’ve ever been in. I could highly recommend BeLite and Dr Rod to anyone interested in weight loss surgery. I would do it again without hesitation and can honestly say, it was a great decision and I’m soo thankful for this company for being there to help people. I truly appreciate it! I feel great and have a new lease on life! No issues after. In fact, I have recommended this company to many others without hesitation. Thank you BeLite for what you have done to assist me!!

This was hands down one of the best choices I've ever made! I had a mini bypass 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier! My patient facilitator and the entire Beliteweight team were there for me throughout the entire process- from giving me information about options relevant to my personal situation, to calling me a week after surgery to check up on me. All of my questions and concerns (and I had many) were answered quickly and honestly. The trip to Juarez was easy and I never felt unsafe. The doctors and staff were professional and caring, and the hospital was clean and modern. Pain was and is minimal and I was back to work within a few days. The 15 pound weight loss almost seems like a bonus! My experience has been better than most I've had here at home and I would not hesitate to recommend Beliteweight to anyone!

Surgery 2/7/20 Sorry long post but I tried to cover everything. I’ve never written a review for anything so bare with me. I have thought about making this leap for almost a year but financing was hard to find and of course my insurance here in the states covered nothing. So when I found Jessica and read they had a financing option I jumped. Now let me say my first conversation with Jessica occurred on January 4th and my surgery was February 7th! That’s right less then a month this woman helped me figure everything out, she listened to my tears, fears and frustration of what some people said when I made my decision to go to Mexico. (I’m 5’2 and at surgery 185lbs) she guided me and reassure not only me but my friend who traveled with me. When my friend and I arrived at the airport the driver was there waiting on us he took our bags and talked to us the whole 35 minutes car ride. I will admit I do not speak a lick of Spanish but he could tell we were nervous and just kept talking and pointing things out so it was nice. We got to the hospital and one of the doctors met us right away helped us get settled and told me to eat whatever I wanted for dinner. ( I was very strict with the pre op diet so I really enjoyed my last meal for a while lol) I had steak and shrimp and the most amazing cheese sticks. We went back to the room and they had me change into a gown and took my chest X-ray then back up for labs. This is where I have to admit that I am TERRIFIED of needles! My veins are small and deep and the nurse got it on the very first try with my lab and IV! For me that is almost unheard of bc of my veins. The next morning the Anesthesiologist and doctors came by they calmed my nerves and promised everything would be fine. I did take longer coming around from surgery but I have a very low tolerance for medicine and pain. When I did wake up the nurses checked on me encouraged me to walk. That whole evening anytime I needed a nurse I hit the button and they came right away. They even helped my friend set up Uber eats so she didn’t have to leave me if she didn’t want to. Saturday my iv came out and I walked. They did come in late around 8pm and took me to do a X-ray of my new stomach. WARNING the stuff you drink for X-ray is NASTY!!! But it’s really cool to get to see your new stomach for me it made it real. I did have some pain and gas and getting out of bed the first 2 days sucked but by Sunday I was able to walk 3 airports take 2 planes and ride in the car for a hour and half to get home. Was I scared? YES! Would I do it again??? YES the hospital was clean the staff were nice (I do suggest a translator app just to make it easier) and I am looking forward to my next stage. I have spoke to Jessica since I got back home and truly feel like she is in my corner and a complete supporter of me. If anyone was to ask me I’d tell them to do it in a heart beat. I’ll update as my journey continues

I had my surgery a little over a week ago and it was the BEST DECISION and EXPERIENCE EVER! I've been researching Beliteweight as well as other companies and in comparison this was the BEST team all around from the facilitator that I spoke with to the nursing staff, doctors and the shuttle driver. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of. It was as hassle free as it can get for probably one of the hardest decisions that I had to make. I have been to hospitals pretty much every where in the last 5 yrs or so with my elderly parents and this was by far one of the cleanliest with the most attentive and awesome nursing staff and doctors. Everything went smoothly from the day I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle driver to going through the pre op and then surgery. The 1st day was a bit of a challenge as it can be expected with the gas, etc., but by the 2nd day I only felt soreness. The nursing staff definitely helped with their care and of course the medication (hahah). And the doctors were very much hands on and coming by to check on me every day... Overall, it was the most awesome experience and the BEST decision ever! I would definitely recommend Beliteweight and their staff as well as the doctors and nurses at Hospital Angeles to get you going with your weight loss journey!

I just had surgery on February 4 and I was shocked with how smooth of a process it was. I was very nervous about going out of country for surgery. My husband is a Dr. here in the states and he helped me with my research. We researched about 8 different Dr's out of country. I chose Beliteweight and their team of surgeons because I was able to personally call and email many people on their referral list they sent me. This is the only Company we found that all of their surgeons are FACS certified, that means they are Fellows of the American College of Surgeons which is equivalent to being U.S. Board certified....this was extremely important to both me and my husband who is a Dr. himself. The first day was my pre op testing and after that my husband and I were able to go eat dinner at a really delicious restaurant within walking distance from the hospital. Morning of surgery I was nervous but felt very confident in the team of surgeons and nurses. After surgery I was gassy but was shocked with how minimal the pain was. I was up walking the hospital halls with my husband a few hours after surgery. The hospital was beautiful and SO clean, the staff came into my room many times a day to clean and I had to actually tell them I was not throwing anything away because I felt so bad that they were so on top of the cleaning. The owner and her team answered all my questions during the scheduling process and even today being a Sunday I had a question about the post op diet and reached out and was able to get in touch with my facilitator on a Sunday, such awesome customer service. If you are looking into wanting surgery I would not hesitate to go through Beliteweight. I will try to do another update in a few months to track my progress. I am so excited to get my life back.
