Doctors were AMAZING! I saw them a couple times every day… The place is extremely clean… However the rest of the staff didn’t know anything about nursing they didn’t speak English and they didn’t even come take my temperature lower my blood pressure unless I went to get them and asked them to and then They didn’t know what I was saying.... don’t get me wrong I was very healthy I had no complications whatsoever and no pain relief at all and I was able to take three flights and wanted to get home and I was fine.... I would do it again and go to the same place again in a heartbeat cleanliness and the doctors were the main thing for me… But I could tell that the people that were “nurses” were not really nurses... I work in the medical field and most of my friends are nurses… The lab person was probably the best and most knowledgeable and the radiographer...

My surgery went without a hitch. There was a bit of a delay getting checked in, and no one to actually translate when I got there, but many of the staff speak very good english. I had no surgical complaints, the doctors and nurses were very kind and professional. If you want to be treated like a celebrity, this is the place to go. I couldn't be more satisfied.

This has been a real good experience for me, everyone one was so nice to my husband and I. We don't speak Spanish and that seem to be no problem, they work hard to make sure we understood everything. I love the people there they so good to us. Once we met our driver it was a piece of cake. I would recommend it to anyone that has to pay themselves.

Several weeks ago, I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery in Juarez. After making the decision that I wanted to get the Gastric Sleeve Surgery I decided that I would have it in Mexico. It is less than 1/2 price from anywhere I found in the United States. Now, as for as BeLiteWeight they were very supportive to me. They have called or emailed and checked on me to see how I am doing since my surgery. They have answered any questions that I have asked them. The Doctor, Hospital Angeles, Chauffeur, & BeLite were all very good, and I would recommend all of them again.The nursing staff at the Hospital Angeles were awesome, and even tho I do not speak any kind of Spanish, we had no language barriers from Spanish to English. I would have the surgery all over again in Mexico. Just the three days that I was in the hospital, I met several Americans for the same surgery. I wish I had had the surgery years ago. I would be healthier than I am today.

Upon arrival I was welcomed with such compassion and warmth. My surgery went well, it's been two days now and I am gassy. I am able to move freely without pain . All in all I had a wonderful experience.

It’s one of those things where you don’t know what you don’t know. The information I received was accurate but I would have liked to have a little more. I also wondered if I should have stayed in the hospital another day but my flight was already scheduled. It was a rough trip home but I guess that’s to be expected. I would advise having someone to help go along, my wife and I both had surgery so weren’t much help to each other. Over all the experience was positive and I would recommend it highly!

My only hesitation in giving 5 stars was the language barrier. I had my procedure in Juarez and as my Spanish is very limited, it was difficult to communicate with the nurses. All the doctors spoke great English, so no serious issue there. However, the nurses tried and so did I. Mostly we input what we wanted to say and had our phones translate, then show the nurse. She would repeat procedure to answer. I was in their country...and still they tried their best. Great experience! Met others who had similar procedures and no one had any complaints. I've lost 15lbs in the first week and nothing has ever worked for me before. Everyone was extremely compassionate. I think I received better treatment there than any American Hospital I have ever been to.
