BLW took care of the scheduling, and getting me all the information I needed. BLW even sent extra information that was very useful, as well as some nice items for after surgery. BLW kept in touch before and even after surgery to make sure I was well taken care of,and happy about the entire process. My Doctors were friendly and helpful before the surgery, answered all my questions and made me comfortable being there. The staff was very accommodating, and tried very hard to communicate well enough for me to understand everything, even though I do not know Spanish, it was never a problem. It has been 39 days since my surgery. I've lost a total of 42 pounds already and I couldn't be happier with it. I could not ask for a better team to take care of surgery scheduling, get surgery completed, and make you feel totally at ease the whole time. I've not had any problems whatsoever good luck.
