I had a great experience, no regrets or complaints. I have been a nurse for 20 years here in the states and I have to say honestly I received excellent medical care. Doctors and nurses were very professional and informative. Hospital was very clean and quiet. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in.

The billing was done exactly as explained. The hospital where I had my surgery done in Ciudad Juarez MX is a top notch medical facility that was second to none compared to any hospitals I have ever visited in the U.S. I would also like to mention that the medical staff that attended my medical needs and the Dr. that performed my surgery went far beyond my expectations. It's now been over 2 years since I had my surgery and I have lost a little over 200 lbs. I would recommend The BeLiteWeight service to anyone!!

My experience with Beliteweight been excellent. They were responsive, attentive to my questions, thorough, and made sure that I had a safe and pleasant experience with my weight loss surgery. The hospital was clean, the nursing staff was very caring. My only complaint at that time was the extra bed for my companion which wasn't super comfortable. (Don't know if it's still like that because it's been a few years now.) I tend to get anxious before any kind of surgeries and they were very kind and made sure that I had some medication to relax me in advance. Also, I typically have bad reactions to anesthesia in that I get really nauseous afterwards and the doctors made sure to load me up with anti nausea medications. My point is they did whatever they could to help me as an individual with my individual concerns. Since my surgery, whenever I feel like I've hit a plateau or just in the wrong direction, I can call the people at Beliteweight and they help me get back on track and focused.

I felt that the medical staff gave me better care than I could get in the US. The nursing staff paid attention to the patient not the computer. The doctors are of as high quality as any I have encountered in the US.

BELITE has great communication. There is always someone willing to help you in any way. They help you through every step and with every question you have. They are there before and after your surgery. I would 100% recommend Belite over anyone.

If I had to do this all over again I wouldn't change a thing. I have had great service from Belite weight. My experience in Juarez was top notch! The hospital, the staff, the surgeons and even the taxi drivers were wonderful.

BeLiteweight is a superb company! I would recommend them to anyone! JoAnne the owner and her consultants are extremely thorough and easy to talk too. I love the fact that alot of them were once patients and know first hand how important these decisions are. Filling out paperwork and making all the arrangement were painless. The nurses and Dr. were so personable I almost didn't want to go home. Since my surgery in May of 2015 I have hit my goal weight and feeling like I am a kid again.
