I began my weight loss surgery journey almost 3 years ago when I found BeLiteWeight. I spoke to Jamie who when she heard my difficult financial situation, recommended that I look into having my self pay surgery in Mexico. I wouldn't hear of it. I was sure that all the horror stories I've seen on evening news programs was going to be my fate if I went to Mexico. Jamie continued to help me try to find a solution. She sent me videos of the Mexican hospital, doctors, surrounding city and then I decided to investigate it further. She was right on all counts. Everything she said, was. The hospital was gorgeous, the staff was helpful and full of empathy. Jamie and Joanne even made the trip to visit me in person in the hospital there. I am 6 days post surgery, down 10 pounds and feeling great. I'm a little sore but to be expected. Joanne has already called to follow up and has answered some questions I have about proteins, vitamins, etc. I would and will recommend BeLiteWeight to anyone and everyone who is considering weight loss surgery. I had lapband to bypass revision with Dr. Jose Rodriguez in Mexico in October. I have never had better healthcare in my life. The team of Dr's are amazing and my experience at the hospital was amazing. I am so thankful for their care. They all truly had my best interest in mind and walked me through the entire process. Of course I was nervous about Mexico but I can honestly say this team of doctors are simply outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of weight loss surgery or revision surgery. The hospital was nicer than any I have been in here in the U.S. and of course there was a little bit of language barrier but they always had someone who speaks Spanish and English to help me with any questions I had while I was there. I would send anyone I love to Dr. Rodriguez and his team. Truly the best.

Thank you for all of your help! This company has GREAT customer service. In fact when I needed to progress my original sleeve to a bypass due to my diabetes, I turned to them and am now my A1C levels are PERFECT!. Hospital is clean, Dr. Rod and Dr. Elmo are wonderful. JoAnne has been more than helpful and checked in with me after surgery and periodically throughout the past year. Glad I found BeLite and I tell everyone to call them if in need of weight loss surgery.

my mom, my daughter and I all went thru beliteweight to have our weight loss surgeries in Juarez MX and would go again in a heartbeat. We have all recommended our friends and other family members and told them of our wonderful experiences without complications. From the very 1st phone call until now almost 9 months later they are still in touch with us and making sure we are doing ok. This was the only way for us to go and the most affordable by far! I was so impressed by the care given in the coordination of my treatment. From the time we arrived at the airport, until we were returned to the airport, we knew exactly what to expect and were taken care of,beyond expectations. Hospital care was excellent, some of the nurses didn't speak much English. So sometimes didn't know what meds they were giving you, but I had full confidence in the care given. Having extra time in the hospital was really a great way to heal, and get ready to travel home. Couldn't be happier with the whole process!
