I do not have any negative remarks about this company. When I first inquired online, someone called within 15 minutes and helped me talk through things. People were always there to help me process the type of surgery they thought would be best, go over financial items, and talk through what my experience would be like. This company is full of kind and supportive people who are genuinely interested in helping individuals. My experience in Mexico was all very professional, and I felt 100% safe the whole time. I'm also exceedingly grateful for the payment plan they have me on now. If I were to do it again, I would go with BeLiteWeight in a heartbeat. I wish I could add before and after pictures! I've lost 200 pounds, and BeLiteWeight helped me get there. Thank you so, so much!

BeLite Weightloss staff were very helpful. I was nervous about traveling to Mexico but found the Hospital Angeles was beautiful, clean & well staffed. Dr Rodriguez is highly skilled and very experienced. The discomfort for the first few days following surgery is worth it. I feel confident that I will win the battle of the bulge at last! This was a pleasure and the easiest experience I have ever had as far as getting the surgery and care in and out of the hospital. The hospital was awesome and so was the customer care offered at BeLiteWeight they genuinely do care about your well being.

My entire experience with the BeLite team has been consistently pleasant. Everyone is helpful, professional and exceedingly proficient at what they do. They have their system down to a science and this eliminates errors. Just be aware that after you make the decision and get the ball rolling your time for "hemming and hawing" is over. Once the process begins you are now developing the self discipline that is going to take you all of the way through this. You'll have to get your paperwork completed and submitted quickly, you'll have to get the finances together, work issues with FMLA handled, airline reservations and tickets purchased. It's going to seem like too much too fast but when it is all handled and you have your date and the business end is straightened out it will be a relief. But you have no worries because the BeLite team is there to assist you every step of the way. Then there are what seems like endless instructions to read, understand and adhere to. Your first major challenge, the Pre-Op Diet will come sooner than you think. Be prepared for this life changing event. Read about how to eat low carb. Go to the store ahead of time and have everything in place before it starts. Give yourself up to it and fully commit. Most of all enjoy it because this will be the best you'll eat for a long time. When you travel to El Paso take as little as possible. Everything you need should fit in 2 carry on bags. I went to WalMart and picked up a pair of memory foam slippers and a pair of light slip on shoes. You're going to be expected to walk around the ward a lot. Comfy footwear makes it easier and you are not going to want to be tying shoes. Get yourself ready for the "Language Barrier". You must realize that you are going to a Mexican hospital in Mexico. They are under no obligation to speak English just for you. Now the doctors speak perfect English and some of the staff speaks a little English but you will find a large number speak almost no English. This in no way reflects poorly on the care you will receive which is superior to what you could expect here in the states. Just bear in mind the issue isn't that they don't speak English it is that you don't speak Spanish.So be proactive and take the initiative to review the FAQ's sheet that BeLite provides or practice some words and phrases. I have an app on my phone called iTranslate Voice that came in handy. Using this app you can speak or type your question into the phone and the app will translate it and say it out loud. The staff member can then give their response into the phone where it will be translated and repeated to you. On the subject of cell phones check with your provider to see if your plan covers you for international travel or if you have to buy a temporary plan for while you are there. Without this you could face some hefty charges. On the way home tell the airline you will need a wheelchair. You are not going to want to be walking all around and standing in lines. You're going to be sore and tired. Do yourself a favor and get the wheelchair. Once you return home the next big challenge begins, the Post-Op Diet. Have everything you are going to need already bought, laid out and ready to go. Hopefully some of these tips might help you. But most of all trust the BeLite team. They know what they are doing and they won't let you down because they really do care about you.
