Ian H Smith, the lovely owner of this company, or so called "design thinker" "You are an illiterate chav" "unsubscribe me from your sh**t emails" The only interaction i've had with the man, very pleasant, read the charity work review also, may give you a good incline on how he runs his business.

We are a small charity with limited funds and resources who experienced working with Being Guided on our Salesforce integration. Unfortunately, over the course of our contract, many features we wanted to use were dismissed as expensive or additional work, which we later proved not to be the case. What we really objected to was the rudeness and uncooperative manner of the 'Design Thinker'. We wanted to make sure other charities are aware.
