They're taking money from you and customer service isn't doing anything! They told me I'd signed up for a subscription, which isn't true, and I had to go to the bank and now i need to wait 3 month to get it back!!! Dont trust them scamer

A total SCAM!!! Their customer service (now, there's a contradiction) claims I used the service, which I hadn't, and therefore would not process the agreed upon refund. I have asked for a chargeback since they are breaking a promise. AVOID this service or be scammed.
