THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I purchased the Ancestral Apothecary Seed Chest more than three months ago. Until it arrived, I would receive regular e-mail updates on the parcel’s transit location, initially indicating it was coming from Switzerland. It's clear from my follow-up communication that these scammers are based in China. When the product did finally arrive, the overall quality was nowhere near what they advertised, and almost all of the “seeds” had fallen out of their containers and were piled to one side of the box. When I reached out to them to resolve this issue, they offered to credit me $8 (we paid $90!) I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and I cannot stress enough, DO NOT purchase from these scammers. Update on 6/11/26: The response from the company indicates I should email them to resolve the issue. To be clear, we’ve already had 14 email exchanges and they are not resolving anything. Simply offering to credit me $8 on a $90 purchase of a useless product.
