Wish I could give zero stars. I was overcharged by $33. Ordered 12/3 from what appeared to be a Chicago based company. Tracking information showed it was shipping from Portugal, and the tracking website looked highly suspicious. After a month I wrote to Before Hatched to see where my package was and was given another tracking number from a completely different shipping company, with the package originating in China. Package was delivered 1/13 and the products are of very poor quality, not at all as represented on the Before Hatched website.

If I could leave a zero star, I would. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Incredibly difficult to work with. Christmas decor ordered early Nov. 1-2 week shipping time. I had to ride their tails and even open a PayPal resolution to get a response. Tracking lost and new order sent out 3 times! Products finally came Jan 7th after they were reported to PayPal. Multiple emails sent to get a return process going. No response. Case closed. Do not order. Scam company.

Placed my order right after Thanksgiving and have yet to receive my order. Company states that they are South Carolina located on their website, however, the shipping information shows that the product was shipped from China. I have yet to receive my product. They also overcharged my credit card.

Clear scam, similar experience to all of the other reviewers. Initial November tracking said it was coming from Spain then stalled out. Second new December tracking said coming from China where it then stalled out in Chicago for weeks. Communications with company were poor, they just kept insisting that the garland hangers were coming but clearly just a scam to prolong them keeping my money. Finally disputed with my CC company and got a refund. Also scrolling through reviews on this site you can clearly see the company has posted a handful of their own vague/positive reviews. Hopefully they get shutdown.

Do not order from this company! I ordered stocking holder in mid Nov. I received a tracking number (which was probably bogus) which started in Portugal(!) and slowly tracked until Dec 13 where the tracking mysteriously stopped. Emailed the seller AFTER Christmas when the item never arrived and asked for a refund. Instead he sent the item in a flimsy plastic package which arrived with holes in it and parts falling out in my mailbox and at least one missing part. I believe this is a scam!! Don't say you weren't warned. PS: the item looks nothing like their picture. At least the pieces that arrived didnt.

Ordered some stocking holders before Thanksgiving. When ordered it said they would be delivered by December 5 and were being shipped from Chicago. It's January 10 and I still haven't received them and the origin for shipping was Ireland. Supposedly they have been in Boston since December 19. Also, when I ordered the price was listed in USD but when the charge came through it was converted to Euros which is more expensive. I caught that right away and was issued an adjustment but be careful if you choose to order from here

The worst company ever! They are criminal. Garland hangers arrived 8 or 9 weeks after order (too late to use). They offered me a $13 USD refund and I can keep the product. For a full refund I would need to ship back to CHINA despite the package I have showing it shipped to me from Chicago. Gathers Fottys, 3646 Wolcott Avenue, Chicago, IL 60609.

Received item weeks after purchase (garland hanger.). Ordered them in mid November, finally emailed them on January 2nd when it hadn’t arrived. It was then that I also noticed they OVERCHARGED MY CARD by over $25. Miraculously received it in a shredded bag 2 days later. No longer wanted the item - emailed back and forth (of course there is no phone number on the website). They refunded the extra money they overcharged me and told me if I wanted to return them I had to pay to ship them back to CHINA. Ridiculous…
