I have ordered 17 items from them but they just sent me 11 items and refused to send me back 6 items that I have paid for. It tooks ages for replying and I haven’t received them yet.

I’m really frustrated with this product. I loved the convenience and fun it allowed at first. I bought their lamp, their polish and all of their products. After about 6-8 months of use my hands broke out in a weird rash, bumps full of fluid, peeling skin all over my nails, and two of my nails are lifting. I cleaned my tools with alcohol and was always careful. I cured for 90+ seconds every time. I didn’t do anything outside of the directions, and this didn’t happen right away, so tests didn’t do anything. I’ve left reviews on Amazon as well, and have never been offered a refund or even an apology, - and have heard from so many others with the same experience. I’m sad and upset that my nails are damaged so severely, and how much money on product I had spent. From my understanding, I will never be able to use gel polish without reactions because of the ingredients that Beetles contains being so toxic - and the late reaction it causes so you think it will be okay to use at first. I’m slowly waiting for the class action lawsuit to be filed against them soon, because this is sad and unfortunate. My once soft hands are full of peeling, damaged skin, and no creams are really helping it. I stopped use and tried one other brand once I noticed the reactions thinking that would maybe help, and had a reaction to that as well (modelones). After reading several other reviews, a lot of people are having this issue. I have also heard it could be an issue with the lamp, but if I’m buying the lamp from the same exact brand for use of the product advertised, that should not be an issue. Do better.

I would have gave no stars if possible. Firstly they sent the wrong colour from the one I ordered. I decided to use it anyway. It was horrible, nasty. It was just a big pile of gloop. As thick as it was it went on patchy. It took 3 coats to get rid of the patchiness, and by that time it looked horrendous. The smell was terrible. I will never buy or recommend this product to anyone. It smelled as if they made it in the backyard with a pile of chemicals. Horrible/Nasty/Terrible.

I did not receive the gel polish that was advertised on their website. I was sent the older version of Midnight Euphoria which are for the most part a completely different set of colours. Upon opening said colours, they were also gloopy and barely usable. When I contacted customer support, they did very little to help me, other than offer me a £5 refund. When I refused this offer, and insisted on a new box which is pictured on the website, I was ignored. Very disappointed and would give zero stars if i could.

I ordered 2 packs of the 20 gel polish. This included a base coat, a top coat and a Matt top coat. I had high hopes after spending a fortune on theses. They last a couple of days without chipping but you can peel the full gel of with ease. I have done my nails for many years and know how to correctly prep ready for gel and how to apply. Don’t waste your money stick with normal nail varnish. I contacted their Facebook page and was retold how to prep my nails. No other help.

I have contacted this agency five times, twice in regards to a return address. Ironically, the three times that were not about a return I heard back from them within an hour. I have yet to hear back regarding returning the product. I guess my best bet is to send it back to the address it came from and hope they accept it as I've read several reviews that they refuse to accept packages, which is how they covertly (or not) efuse returns and refunds. BEWARE!!!! You may develop an allergy to ALL gel polishes whi h will prevent your from getting your nails done ever again...whether salon or at home. Who wants that!
