I ordered a pair of shoes for vacation and I received the notification that my shoes were delivered. Since I work from home I went to the door and nothing was there. My dogs did not bark to notify either. I reached out and was told to wait 24 hours and check with neighbors and other people in my house. Well I had already done that. Each time I reach out to 'customer service' I receive the same generic reply to check and let them know. The email is not signed by any person taking accountability, nor is there a contact number for this business. I have now been told that they have noted the issue. So now I have not receiving my order and they have my money.
