Worst tasting honey ever!!! It is so bad, save your money!

I heard the owner of the company on a podcast and decided to try the immune support spray and nasal spray as a daily regiment to prevent illness. She stated that she NEVER gets sick by following this daily protocol. I even added the sinus support capsules. I am so sick right now with a sinus infection and upper respiratory infection! So much for NEVER getting sick! I do like the Vit. C liquid pouches. Also- shipping takes forever!!!

The other reviews of this company are accurate. Please be careful. There is no way to get out a subscription. No direct contact and their webpage will not allow you to get the Code needed sent your email.. I think this is by design.

I ordered from them and was told my order and a "bundle" (which I'm guessing are samples) would be sent separately. I received my order but not the "bundle". I've sent multiple inquiries but have not received a response. So my review is of their lack of follow through and their lies about the bundle also be sent.

The customer service is a joke! I placed an order on November 7th at 8:57pm and got an email right away that it had shipped. Still waiting on any packages. When I contacted customer service, they said my package was delivered the same day I placed the order. So you're telling me within 3 hours, it made came to my house and they can't provide me any tracking information. Hmmmm... something odd going on here.

So far, I haven’t noticed any changes in my sinuses. I bought the Propolis Sinus Support supplement. (60 pills) Bottle is almost empty and you have to take them two pills 3x a day at over $30 a bottle that is quite expensive for not seeing any improvement, unless this is just for people with very small sinus issues. Doing sinus washes would be a better way to go in my opinion. But maybe it helps some and not others?

UPDATE: After reaching out on social media my issue was remedied promptly. I still don’t know why I didn’t receive their emails or phone calls but in the end it worked out. I love the product but due to health concerns I took a break from it. I’ve contacted the company several times about canceling my subscription but have received NO REPLY. There is an option to access your subscription info on their website but you need to receive an email code to access it. I never receive this email code. And yes I have checked my spam folder and that my email is correct.
