I have sent my return and have proof it was delivered. You no longer will respond to my e-mails and have not refunded my money after receiving the return. I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will sue you in court if needed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! IF YOU CALL, MAILBOX FULL, NOT ON AMAZON AND TRUST PILOT REVIEWS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Horrible customer service if you want a refund. 2 weeks, the unit was returned and BedFan doesn't respond to emails.

I would give it negative 10 stars. I placed my order & was told the motor was on back order, no big deal. A few days later I tried to call to see when I would be getting my product as I was going to be heading out of state & needed to make arrangements if I didn't get it before I left. No answer I tried emailing & no answer. On 10 June I get an email that my order has shipped via FedEx with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number hours later & it was never picked up. Tried the following day several times & no pick up. Tried calling of course no answer. Thursday I tracked my order still sitting in the warehouse, by this time I am very angry because I was to get it then. I call no answer, I text no answer so I emailed & my response was that I cancelled when I did NOT cancel. It would have been faster for me to lose two days work & go pick up the order myself. Oh let's not forget the FACT that they lied about 100% made in the USA, yet parts come from China.

If you spend the night kicking off the bed covers this is the ingenious relief we have needed. I have been using the bfan for 2 weeks and have only rave reviews. Starting at the beginning, assembly is very simple, the fan is quiet, the product is sturdy (made in USA) and it delivers! Since using the bfan I have been able to turn down the a/c at night and even put my comforter back on the bed. The light breeze from the fan keeps the bed from retaining heat and makes for a great nights sleep. There is a remote that allows you to control the fan speed without having to get out of bed. And the owner (and inventor) Kurt Tompkins is a truly nice man and offers great customer service and response time. Treat yourself!!!....seriously! bedfan.com
