Unacceptable Website Outage — Complete Lack of Communication Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) Actually -5 stars out of 5 stars I am writing this to express my extreme frustration with Beckett's ongoing digital platform outage. The entire website and mobile app have been completely offline since September 9, 2026, without any transparent timeline for a fix. Because the system is down, I have no way to access the online price guides,( Yes i am old school ) and the absolute radio silence regarding when the database will return is entirely unprofessional. Until Beckett safely restores its services, communicates openly with its customer base, and fixes its IT infrastructure, I cannot recommend using them any service they provide. This is a perfect example of a big company not giving a DAM about the people that use there services. My opinion is everyone stop using Beckett for anything in the future. Go completely witth PSA, CSG, CGC.

Got my valuable cards graded in Germany in the new grading facility, english card came back with a Japanese label, how can you trust in a company like this if the labels are faulty, then how can the grade be valid? I contacted customer support and they could relabel it and i would need to send it back and wait another 6 months to get it back. I wanted a discount instead on another grade service but they refused as i didnt wanted to wait so long. Really bad experience and i will choose PSA next time. Martin & Maria
