Horrible webinar and website experience

I bought the Becker CPA course via EduPristine for local support and Indian-context video lectures. EduPristine shut down without notice, and I lost access to what I paid for. Becker refuses a refund, and EduPristine is completely unresponsive. Months of follow-ups, no help. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.

Reklamationen afvises da vi ikke har brugt en bestemt køler væske - vi har ingen betingelser modtaget ved købet ligesom at det ikke er oplyst på deres hjemme hjemmeside. Becker mener vi som kunder selv er ansvarlige for at slå producentens betingelser op inden køb og gennemlæse inden. Så dette er en advarsel for andre inden køb igennem becker, at i forventes at have sat jer ind i hvilken producent produkterne kommer fra og deres reklamations politik. Vi handler her ikke igen og vil fraråde andre det samme.

Guys, it's 2025. Nobody uses checks. Lots of your courses require significant update, it's total waste of time to get CE credits listening to 1.5 hours session on cheques frauds, when the course name is misappropriation schemes.

I purchased the Becker Pro package about two weeks ago, and unfortunately my experience so far has been very frustrating. After redeeming my textbook, I waited for a week before reaching out to check on the status. I was then told that a system issue prevented my order from being shipped. Two days later, my textbook was shipped — but at the same time, my account was deactivated. I was informed that although my payment went through, your system only registered the shipping charge and not the study plan. Because of this, I now have to wait for a refund and repurchase the package. However, my account was deactivated before I received the refund, which makes no sense and leaves me unable to study in the meantime. I want to emphasize that the customer service representative was polite and helpful, but the underlying system and back-end issues have created a very unpleasant experience for me. At this point, I am without access to the materials I paid for and left waiting for a refund I have to chase. They have the best prep material, but user experience so far is very unpleasant

I initially purchased the CIA Review Essentials Package from Becker for $674 USD, as it was the only option available at the time. Shortly after, Becker released additional packages, including the CIA Review Pro Package, which better suits my study needs. When I tried to upgrade to the Pro Package, I was charged an extra $700 USD—bringing my total to $1,374 USD. That’s nearly $100 more than what new customers currently pay for the same Pro Package ($1,279 USD). To make things worse, a surprise $145 USD delivery fee was added at the final payment stage, which was never clearly disclosed up front. Overall, I feel penalized for being an early registrant. It's frustrating to see others pay less for the exact same product, and the unexpected delivery charge made the experience even more disappointing. I hope Becker will review and improve its pricing transparency and upgrade policies.

Web site is more than horrendous. I can't beleive how slow it is! It's a waste of time using the site when accessing the Calendar. I regret signing up and will be looking to make a change.

I scored well on your exams and made a 64 on the actual exam. Evidently I was adequately prepared for the exam.
