I ordered a 2 dress for my children and never received they started say yes was delivered and send my a picture but never any package was delivered. I think I was scammed.

Une catastrophe… 😡😡😡 Au delà de la communication qui n est absolument pas présente avec cette marque. J avais reçu aucun mail de confirmation après ma commande d un montant supérieur à 60€… j ai reçu mes 3 vêtements en deux envoies… Bon vous allez me dire que j aurais pu m estimer heureux tant je pensais m être fait escroquer de plus de 60€… Finalement je viens de recevoir les deux robes commandées pour ma fille… quelle tristesse !! Les robes ne ressemblent en rien au visuel de leur site. 🤬😱🤬la qualité est degueulasse, les visuels vilains à souhait… bref fuyez !!!! Ne dépensez pas votre argent dans des vêtements qui n ont mais alors aucune mais aucun me ressemblance a ce qu ils mettent en avant sur leur site. Bien évidement j aimerai demander un remboursement et leur ré envoyer la marchandise mais impossible de les contacter vu qu ils répondent pas… Bref… on m y reprendra pas deux fois…

Unterirdisch was da geliefert wird. Gerne würde ich Bilder Posten, geht hier aber leider nicht. Das Kleid, das ich bestellt habe hat nichts, aber auch gar nichts mit den Bildern im Shop zu tun. Spart euch das Geld und kauft dort nix.

I placed a large order in February. After a week I was told it had been shipped. After 3 weeks I had received nothing so I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then dispatched about 1/3 of the order. This arrived a week later and was ok. The prices are cheap so it was what I was expecting. I then chased the rest of the order which had not arrived and tried to cancel that. Again they said it had just been dispatched. However, when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 item plus 2 free gifts. When I pointed this out I was told that the items were out of stock (!!!) and I could choose something else. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but never gave. Around 8 weeks after my original order (when they took payment in full) I got a refund for the undelivered items through my credit card provider - however this took lots of emails to sort out due to Bebehanna's time-wasting and delaying tactics. And they are now bombarding me with messages to buy more stuff even though I have unsubscribed.

Absolute scam. Did receive order but not what i ordered. Items shown on the website has nothing to do with what i received. zero quality. They are showing you a nice looking pictures but that is not what they actually look like. Be aware and dont purchase anything from this company.

dress arrived after 2 months absolutely not as advertised and the strap broke as soon as i put it on her.

Erst mal zum positiven (für irgendwas muss ja ein Stern gerechtfertigt sein): die Ware kam an. Nach 2 Monaten .. mal abgesehen davon, dass ich es nicht mehr benötige, ist dieses Kleid auch völlig unbrauchbar. Was im Internet nicht nur schön präsentiert wurde, es wurde auch sehr viel mit Bildbearbeitung nachgeholfen! In Wahrheit ist es einfach ein völlig billiges Kleid mit draufgeklatschten Stickerein, was am Ende wirklich völlig minderwertig aussieht und nicht wie das bestellte
