Site arnaque effectivement !

The hair is horrible and I can’t install it. I wrote the store and they never responded. I am returning the hair as it sheds in the pack.

I ordered off the website and selected pick up around 3 pm, my friend was to pick up my order for me because I am positive for Covid 19 and my order was never made. Called several times to speak with someone about the status of my order and everyone that answered the phone said I needed to speak with the lady who made orders but she left early so call back the following day. Called the following day and still my order was not ready and the manager had yet to arrive or the person who makes the online orders. I needed the order in a timely manner so my friend visited the store for me to get everything I had ordered. No one in the store was able to just make my order then because they needed the order I formation from online. Understandable right! Now I want my refund but the manager is no where to be found and he does the refunds. So now I’m calling the Beauty Supply store and my bank to dispute the transaction and get my refund some way.
