Never got my order. They delivered my order to the wrong address. I contacted them about it and it’s been 8 days and no response. I will not be buying from this company no longer.

If you are ordering internationaly - Watch out!!- I made an order with them 2months ago, paid fully with correct address but i never received it!! tried to track using tracking number in vain; tried to contact the company for help trace my order in vain!! it was my first order and i won't order with them again!! i lost $76, I feel Scammed!!

En date du 14 mai j'ai passé commande d'un élastique de sport. En date du 26 aout je n'ai toujours rien reçu et l'argent a été encaissé. J'ai envoyé pleins de mails et réclamé le remboursement mais la seule réponse est "il va arrivé" . On m'a donné un n°de suivi qui indique que le colis est bloqué sur le site de distribution depuis le 8 juillet. Mais ils font rien .Pour moi c'est du vol

Yes my order was shipped and delivered quickly BUT!!! My order was not correct the hair looks like someone made it in the store and shipped it out!!! The bang is thin and not nice at all I cannot even wear it I wrote several emails and no one has gotten back to me at all I am very disgusted and disappointed with this kind of service!! I will NEVER ORDWR HAIR FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!! I DEMAND A REFUND!!!! Next I’m writing the better business bureau!!!

I have never had such poor customer service with little to no knowledge about the products in the store. I have sent emails to the Beauty Empire site with no response. I inadvertently checked free shipping on my order. Unaware that the order would have to be picked up in Houston. I live in Dallas and asked them to ship to me and bill me for shipping. To date, no one has responded to me. I will dispute charges with my credit card company and never shop BE again. Lynda Pierce
