My hair came in a acceptable timing considering all of the COVID-19 right now but wish it could've came sooner.

I was so happy that they dropped the prices on some of the items because due to COVID-19, most people may not have the money to purchase this hair stuff. I bought some braiding hair back in March called sensational African collection 3x-pre-stretched braiding hair ruwa the 18 inch and it was 3 packs I bought which was enough for doing my twist in my hair. I'm just a little upset that they pricing for straight crochet hair is still $10.99 for the brand I would like to get.

Fast service, however, company doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. So if you submit an incorrect order, expect to receive that order.

Customer service is excellent. My only problem is I didn’t get what the hair color I ordered. And still waiting for the correct color to be mailed to me but have not heard back from anyone.

My free shipping of a $75 purchase or more came within 5 days. All the items I ordered was available, my only critiques would be, the shipping box was damaged but I guess that what’s expected once the package has left it’s headquarters hopefully & handled in the care of other careless employees. & also I feel as though the packages should be signed for upon delivery & not left at the door to avoid any issues. Other than that I’m very happy, excited & satisfied with my order. Hopefully Empire can be consistent so I can feel comfortable with ordering again in the future. Thank You Empire Beauty
