I didn’t appreciate the way packaging looked, like it was busted up, tape peeling off, and covered in mildew. But my hair came in on time, and that’s highly valued.

I sent an email about the 15% subscription that I never received and till this day no one has responded to my email. Communication is everything.

Shipping was a little annoying but it got here in time. The curl pattern didn’t match what it shows on the packaging though.

The item was a great find considering all other sites had no more of the selection I'd been seeking. It was luck that beautyempire.com even had it. However, the turnaround time for shipping was longer than expected. In the Internet age of purchase domination, I just thought that over a week was long time. And that is with the item not even moving for about 3 or 4 days. A label created doesn't mean shipped. Shipped should be from the actual time it leaves the facility of which you've purchased the item/s. Businesses need to stop this farce. Aside from that, I'd recommend the site because of the layout & mostly ease of use. With time, hopefully they'll improve on shipping. Overall, I'm glad they were here & had what I was looking for. Thanks.
