It's been almost a month and I STILL haven't received the items I ordered. I filed a dispute and it was denied because all these pathetic scammers had to do was provide a tracking number, as if that means that items can't possibly go missing or be stolen. You all have below subpar customer service and I will NEVER shop at this pathetic excuse of a "beauty supply store" ever again, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to keep the exact same energy towards you thieves. I'm going to do a chargeback and get my money back. You scammers aren't going to cheat me. This is why there's an extremely huge need for black-owned beauty supply stores because these people feel they can disrespect and treat their black customers however they want. Well, enjoy it while it lasts because that's all gonna change. Believe that.

A éviter commande fait plus de 2 mois mois et il me disent livré hors que je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Et il y a une certaine florence dont j'avais écris un mail qui me dit que la commande est livré à une autre adresse et que je me suis trompé en écrivant l'adresse. CE QUI EST TOTALEMENT FAUX. Ils font qu'on s'entraitraide pour les dénoncer ces des voleurs à eviter

I had placed an order and never received the order in the mail. I checked the tracking and it showed it was returned to Beauty Empire. Here is it 5 months later and I still have not received my refund. I emailed Beauty Empire several times and have not received a response. I have called and no answer. Customer service needs to improve.

I would give 0 starts if I could. I don't have my packages and they were supposed to be here on the 28th. Ive messaged many times with absolutely no response.

The sales person waited most of the day to pull my order,not sure if I will order anything anymore. Poor customer service!!!
