The hair was good quality, I just had issues receiving my package within the 2-3 days promised. I would purchase from here again just my package comes within the time promised.

The Zuri hair I received smelled heavily of cigarette smoke or maybe some chemical that mimics cigarette smoke. I soaked it in apple cider vinegar and that did not work. It took several washings before I could tolerate the smell of the hair. Once I got the odor to subside, I definitely enjoy the texture. I did not feel right giving five stars but I did not feel right giving less than four stars, considering the texture of the braiding hair is what I wanted. I would like to buy another pack but I am so nervous about that smell and how it can impact my health. Lastly, the human hair that I purchased looks nice but it isn’t what I expected and I cannot return it...so I wasted quite a bit of money for hair that I will not use. I am not used to buying hair online but with COVID-19, I am forced to. The quality of hair is really nice but the smell is concerning and there needs to be more pictures and extremely detailed product descriptions to help consumers decide on the purchase...considering they cannot examine the product in person with the current COVID-19 issue. Thank you.

Quick turn around time! My items were all accurate, packaged nicely. I only have two little complaints... but that’s about inventory & webpage. I wish the 1B27 or 1B30 could be stocked heavily. All the wigs I looked at only 1 or 1B available. Also it would be nice if the webpage could be more user friendly when searching for hair products. I found way more products searching for a name than I did under the individual tabs. It was difficult to find certain things but then I found they were available, ie wig caps, Shea butter, edge control etc.

Everything was ok except gloves were pricy.
