Beauty EmpireReviews of beautyempirestore.com

I did not like the hair it was nappy and the bonnet say and extra large but fits like a small I’m very unhappy

Never received my order contacted customer service and have yet to get a response

The bundles are so then I had to get more packs and the hair was transferring color off of it. There’s no resin it should be doing that

I order the (4) pack of Black Queen Olive Oil spray on second week of December. The item was scheduled to arrive between 15th and 18th of December and when used the tracking number that was issued for my order. I found out thay my package is in Secaucus,NJ at a UPS facility. The UPS page said the item would be out for deliver the next day. It has been over a week and I still have not received my order. I sent an email to Beauty Empire's Customer Service Team to inform them of the issue and I have not heard back from anyone regarding my email. This the reason for. The very low rating.

They left something out of my order and haven't heard a word from them not have they refunded my money

Well it’s been 10 days since I’ve placed an order and the item has yet to be shipped!
