I replied to an email that was sent to me stating you did not have my hair color, would I like another color. My reply was to cancel my order. You do not know how to follow instructions. I will never place an order with this company again.

The hair I ordered came fast (within a week) and was exactly what I expected. I placed a second order now that I know what I'm getting. The only con is the shipping price increased between my orders.

They granted me a refund for one of my shipping costs when I placed 2 orders back to back. I received exactly the hair I ordered. The shipping info wasn't updated readily but it arrived after about 10 days.

I would have gave 5 stars except my order was incomplete, and it took too long before my issue was addressed. The wig I did receive exceeded my expectation, I recommend this company because they quality is good.
