Recieved my order pretty quick. However, I'm missing some items. I emailed them, but didn't get a response. Once I recieve my missing items, I will definitely order from them again.

While I am very happy with your product, you didn't have the color that I wanted in stock, so I went with the color that was closest to what I wanted. Not really very happy with it. Still sitting in the box.

This an update to my original review. PROS: The ordering and shipping process was seamless. However, I do feel their shipping fee is a bit overpriced in comparison to other hair companies I've ordered from. Otherwise, there were no shipping issues. Now, for the CONS: The hair I ordered (Zury Braid Crochet V.8.9.10) was AWFUL!!! It tangled and mangled so badly, and I was so embarrassed to be seen with it that I took the hair out within 4-days of putting it in. After only 4-days it looked like I'd had the hair in for 4-weeks! I've NEVER had to do that with any hair purchase! I personally think this hair brand should be taken off the market. It's a total waste of money! I would not recommend this hair.

Was out of the brand, style and color, quantity I wanted. Finally received 1 box of the brand, style and color. I like to keep several boxes on hand because I wear for need, not for style and my hair stylist comes from out of town. Also I used 5 pieces for full hair coverage.

I sent an email to let you know that my first choice was 1b Was not picked up.
