I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ITEM. I purchased this item on the 10th of November and it is now the 19th and still nothing.

I gave 2 stars bcz i paid 9 dollars for 2 day shipping i receive the package in 8 days . I dont know who should i give 2 stars if is empire beauty or USPS

I looked up the steps to contact customer service immediately after placing my order as I saw I had made an error. The website has no phone number just email which says they will respond in a certain time frame. It stated my order could be cancelled if I messaged before it was shipped. I sent the email within minutes of ordering.. next thing I know I get a confirmation that my order is being shipped. I still have not heard one thing from that email I sent.

I haven't used it yet but the ponytail is very thin and it's not 24 inches it's more like 20 inches.

Very disappointed the company did not have the Wig Requested....

You have buy one get one free but I didn't receive my compted order. I had to reach out and inform you I would file a dispute with pay pal and that's when you refunded my money!!! I had emailed you several times befoe I was acknowledged and that's not how business is done.
