ordered canceled didnt get answer why and at the last min

I ordered three items and paid priority shipping. Basically the things I ordered were not in stock and I did not find this out until 10 days later when I called and inquired about the order. Not professional or appropriate business practices.

Purchased braiding hair from the website. Ordered 8 packs of hair but only received 6. Contacted the phone number provided by the website to have the situation resolved. Continuously was told the person that handles online orders/disputes stepped out and will return later. Offered to take down my name and number but never received any form of communication to resolve my issue.

I placed my order two weeks ago, and I have not received it. I have called the number 713 738 5801 several time and I only get voice mail.

It takes them forever to respond to you at least 3 days. People don’t know the return policy information and only one person works the returns who isn’t in everyday. I called asking one person about the wig return policy she said they don’t return wigs but i said that’s not what your website says. She spoke to someone else then said the person who handles that isn’t in. So whyyyyyy would you tell me such false information. I returned my wig 6 days ago and still didn’t receive a return or notification of receipt from them. It’s honestly not worth your time. It’s unorganized and unprofessional try somewhere else like wow African.

I ordered two bundles of Milky Way French Twist in 1B/30, in which the website showed the hair to be available. I received an email indicating that they did not have enough hair to complete my order. However it indicated the wrong hair color (1B/33). I immediately emailed them back letting them know that I did not order 1B/33 but 1B/30. A MONTH LATER I received another email indicating that they would be refunding my money as the hair was not available. Please make sure that your website is current and if the hair is not available it shouldn't take over a month to notify someone that the merchandise is not available. Sincerely, Ms. Mell
