Unhappy Customer I don't have my order it says delivered but I have not seen it. If I cannot get my order refund me.

Horrible don’t buy

I didn’t receive the 2x braids and when I sent an email regarding the order, I never received a response

I purchased two orders my favorite wig. I could not wait to receive my wigs. After 2 days I received the email stating there were not enough items to cover my order and was advised my order was canceled. I went back to the website and found the wig was taken down entirely. This was a big let-down. I know things occur but even if one of my wigs were available would have made this a great experience.

Product showed on site, but, was not available

The product was not what was described in the pre-order. I got a pinky worthy of hair in each packet. I spent a lot of money on it. Then I could only return it if they took 20% from the original price. I had to pay for my own shipping and handling, and I didn’t get reimbursed. Don’t recommend!
