It came rather fast which was a plus. However the hair was in a crushed up box and the hair felt a little tangled and quite a bit of shedding but overall it is an ok product.

My package was correct but upon delivery the box was left in front of my salon! High annoyed and disappointed that a $200 was just abandoned like that

I got my wigs but they charged me for 2-3 day shipping and I didn’t get it until 6 days later I emailed them they never wrote back. They don’t answer the phones when I call. Horrible communication. I will never purchase again from these people. There is no way to get in contact with them. Do not buy from them.

Navigating the site and finding what I needed was easy, and I did indeed receive what I ordered... however, for an almost $13 shipping fee, I did not receive the package that I placed an order for on a Monday, until the following Tuesday, when the latest my package should have arrived, according to the shipping time given by the website, was that Friday. Due to the fact that the package was not going to arrive until after my hair appointment, I had to go and buy some more at a beauty supply store. The fees associated w/ returning are ridiculous, (intentionally, I suspect, to discourage returns), making it not worth it to return. So now I just have hair sitting around, that I suppose I'll either give away or save for a later date.

my order was marked as shipped when only a label was created for it. I sent an email to inquire about the order which was never answered. The item was delivered over a week after it was placed

When i received my item it still had security tag on and i had to cut back of wig to get the big plastic security tag off wig looks not the best in back. I was happy with getting it i was supposed to get 2 but 1 was out of stock so my money was refunded.
