The 10X Olive oil gel was not cushioned enough the product lid was cracked allowing some of the product to spill out. I didn't want to deal with returning so I put Duct tape on the lid. Will not be buying again online.

Placed an order on Sunday and received a very generic email confirmation (no logo or anything). Paid via PayPal but was very worried about the transaction. On Friday I still had no communication, so I emailed from their site to ask if my order was received - not the person’s email on PayPal. My order was immediately cancelled and refunded with no explanation except “can not fulfill”. Would have liked better communication. I would have changed my order if I knew what was wrong with it.

There with no customer pick up line. I had to stand in line and wait to receive them purchase I had already made. The woman who verified my ID and I was able to pay for my in store purchase (things that online said were out of stock), but not pick up my online order with the same employee. She (employee #1) did not communicate to her fellow coworker (employee #2) that I was they are to pick up my purchase and that my identity was verified, so I had to give my ID to employee #2. There was also no one stating (nor any signs posted) that people should be 6 feet apart. The workers were protected with a shield but not the customers. Since employee #1 couldn't give me my online purchase I had to wait in line for employee #2 to finish with her customer to retrieve my items. While employee #1 attempted to cash out another patron, but there was no where for me to go to not be within a 6 foot range of anyone without going to the back of the line.

Good products and pricing, but I have not received any updates on my order since I placed an order back in April. I am willing to wait for my shipment because I understand the delays due to COVID-19, but some update to let me know my order has not been forgotten would be nice. Instead I am receiving emails asking for reviews.

Order came faster than expected delivery date however I did not get what I ordered. I order 4 packs of 3x 30 inch hair and received 4 packs of 4x 20 inch hair. Sent emails and tried to call with no response from the company.
