Really bad they cancel my after talking all shopping and checking out.

i never got my package.

I ordered something never received it instead they sent me a package that goes to a customer that lives in Florida I sent it back to empire I am very disgusted and displeased!

Placed order on 1/7 label created but item has not shipped, selected 5 business day shipping option. Will likely dispute the charges as I don’t have the item or any clues as to what going on with my order!

I haven’t received my product yet. I keep emailing and do not get any replies. I understand the mail may have delays but I paid for two day shipping and haven’t received my product. When I ask for a refund or some sort of answer I get nothing, but the Beauty “Empire” continues to send me other emails like this one for my opinion, I can’t have a great one if I haven’t received anything yet.

I paid for two to three day shipping and that was last Thursday I still haven't received my product and when I check the tracking number nothing just being honest truth

I got two of the same ponytail even though my receipt said other wise. I did not have enough time to get a different one because i got the ponytails for a weekend in Vegas that has now passed. I was pretty disappointed

I’ve been waiting on my package and now finding out that I have to pick it up at the Houston store .. I’m in Dallas.... I needed them for my Winter vacation. But now won’t have my favorite lashes.
