Recieved shipment in a timely manner. Wigs were as described. Even though I prefer to speak to someone one the phone if I have a question or concern. They prefer you to email them with a response within 24 hours. My experience has been that they have always responded back in that time frame

The whole ordering & shipping experience: perfect! One issue: I ordered two bottles of Adore "Black Velvet" - and I only received one bottle of it & a different color, "Black Blue". But overall, I will definitely order from them again!

I purchased Marley hair and the quality and texture is great! The only reason I'm not giving 5-stars is because I ordered 4/30 mix and made note if didn't have to send me #4 only. Instead they sent me all #30. It's pretty, but wasn't exactly what I ordered.

I usually get the items in three days max. This time I could see that a label was printed out for my product the day that I ordered. But the product sat for days before shipping. I really needed the items sooner and ordered with Beauty Empire for what I'd known to be really fast delivery. Not so much this time. But their prices are good. And generally, they usually have fast delivery.
