I am deeply disappointed with the limited-edition Allure Red Box ($125). I waited a whole month for this premium curation, only to find out that half of the items are practically expired or on the absolute verge of spoiling. The Aveda Remedy Masque (batch code: 20351-8675) and LolaVie Speed Dry Spray (batch code: B20KPB) were manufactured in 2020! Sending out 6-year-old haircare products in a premium, paid box is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the Ogee Primer expires in May 2027 with a strict 3-month PAO, which makes it impossible to use in time if you have active sunscreens in your routine. When I contacted Customer Care, they gave me a ridiculous excuse, claiming these 2020 products are "fully verified as fresh and safe until 2030/2031" and refused a partial refund or replacement, citing that "all sales are final." This is an absolute scam. Selling old clearance stock under the guise of luxury beauty is disrespectful to loyal consumers. I’ve had 3 issues with Allure over the past months (missing boxes, damaged items), and this was the final straw. Save your money and avoid this box!

Stay away! Thieves! If you use the shop app and an order gets processed they will steal your money. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to my bank. The answer I got: " I canmot provide a refund but I can offer options" oh gee the most famous American option : credit

My experience with Allure Box customer service has been absolutely awful, and I strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing. I attempted to change my shipping address immediately after starting my subscription. Unfortunately, Allure’s website was not working properly and would not allow me to update my address. I kept trying and was only able to successfully change it later that morning. Despite this being a time-sensitive issue, I contacted customer support right away to explain what happened and to make sure my box would be shipped to the correct address. No one responded. Not a single acknowledgment, no confirmation, no help—nothing. This is unacceptable for a paid subscription service. Address issues are basic, common problems, and ignoring customers when money has already been taken shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. A company that charges customers monthly should not have a broken website and a nonexistent support team.

They send constant barrage of emails and codes when you unsubscribe, (which I do: to save money and decide if I want the future boxes or not) offering discounted boxes and gifts, but when you buy them they say your information has been compromised, but they really just want to go back on what they offer you and charge *3x* as much as well as bar one from using cash back sites. Misleading advertising. Like yeah of course, don't tell the buyers what great deals we can get when we re subscribe if you don't want to send it at that price.

Company won’t answer phones and the. Has a 48 hour SLA on emails so when we called a day before to cancel and then emailed on the first to cancel they said we still have to pay. What a horrible experience and we will be letting our friends know who also considered the service.

The worst customer experience youll ever see. If you email or call you are asked at least 4 questions, they are only missing your blood type. If you have a problem there is no manager, supervisor or boss. If you send an email youll just go in circles and get dizzy from going no where. Impossible to get useful answers to your questions.

Cute box of stuff but very irritated that the sample box was sent the EXACT same day as the full priced box. Misleading and too expensive. I don't trust them and now I'm out $35 for stuff I wouldn't have purchased in a store. I tried the initial box to see if it was worth it to get the $25 box. I've canceled the subscription

I have been a customer for approximately six months now and I have to say this is one of the best beauty boxes that I have subscribed to. The products you receive are high end items I normally wouldn't be able to afford just to try. You receive some full size items which is wonderful. I have been able to explore new beauty products at a reasonable price. Also, their customer service is great.
