Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take statements like this very seriously, especially when they involve claims that do not align with how our system operates. Beacon Tutors does not guarantee tuitions, but we also do not fabricate opportunities. All inquiries shared with tutors come from real parent and student requests, and outcomes depend on subject demand, tutor activity, and profile matching. The service charge we collect is for profile setup, visibility, and system support — not guaranteed placements. We also want to highlight an important point: There have been instances where individuals or groups impersonate our brand to collect payments illegally. If you interacted with anyone outside our official channels, you may not have been communicating with Beacon Tutors at all. Our only official WhatsApp contact for tutors is +1 226 887 5567 and our official support email is [email protected] . To investigate your case properly, please contact us directly at the email above with your registered details. If you were approached by an impersonator, we will guide you on the next steps. We remain committed to transparency, ethical operations, and resolving any genuine concerns professionally.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel when results take longer than expected, and we take comments like this seriously. For clarity, Beacon Tutors does not promise guaranteed tuition assignments within a fixed time frame. Our system works on tutor–student matching, subject demand, tutor consistency, and profile strength. Some tutors get matched quickly, while for others it may take more time — but this does not mean the opportunities we share are fake. We also want to address an important point: There have been cases of impersonators using our name to mislead tutors. If you interacted with anyone outside our official communication channels, you may not have been dealing with Beacon Tutors at all. Our only official WhatsApp number for tutors is +1 226 887 5567 and our official support email is [email protected] . Please contact us directly with your registered details so we can verify your account, investigate what happened, and assist you properly. If you were contacted by someone pretending to represent us, we will guide you on the next steps. We remain committed to transparency and resolving concerns through proper support channels.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously and want to clarify a few important points to ensure your experience is properly reviewed. Beacon Tutors does not guarantee tuitions after registration. Our system works through tutor–student matching, subject demand, and consistent profile activity. Because of this, timelines vary from tutor to tutor — but the opportunities shared on our platform are not fabricated. We also want to address something important: There have been ongoing cases of impersonators using our name and collecting payments illegally. If you communicated with anyone outside our official channels, you may not have been interacting with Beacon Tutors at all. Our only official WhatsApp number for tutors is: 📞 +1 226 887 5567 And our official support email is: 📧 [email protected] We request that you contact us directly with your registered details so we can verify: whether your payment was received by our official system, whether your onboarding was completed correctly, and whether you were mistakenly dealing with an impersonating party. We are committed to transparency, support, and resolving genuine concerns — but we can only investigate properly when contacted through our verified channels. Please reach out so we can look into your case thoroughly and assist you.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We take claims like this very seriously because they often indicate that the person may not have interacted with our official team at all. Beacon Tutors does not charge “4000 after payment,” nor do we disappear after onboarding. When someone reports “no response,” it is almost always linked to impersonators using our name and taking payments privately. Unfortunately, this is a growing issue across the industry. To clarify: ✔ Our system does not operate through random WhatsApp numbers ✔ We do not request additional payments after registration ✔ We always provide continuous support through verified channels Our only official contact for tutors is: 📞 +1 226 887 5567 And our official support email is: 📧 [email protected] If you made any payment to someone outside these channels, you were very likely dealing with a fake account impersonating our brand, not Beacon Tutors. Please contact us immediately with your payment details so we can: verify whether your payment reached our official system check if your account was onboarded correctly guide you on next steps if you were targeted by an impersonator We are fully committed to transparency and resolving genuine issues, but we can only do so when the case is brought to us through verified communication. We look forward to assisting you and getting this investigated properly.
