What the heck is this
The contact came and looked stretched and on in some places missing the color. I can’t wear these.

I ordered 6 pairs approx back in the fall 2022. The eye holes in the contacts were off and I ordered exactly the same dimensions and curve as my rx brand my box from air optix has printed. I contacted customer service because the pupil holes were off and I looked cross eyed. Not only that the contacts were not the curve they claimed because they were moving on my eyes. After several attempts and finally getting a response I sent them pictures on my regular contact boxes. Pics of me with the contacts in ands then pics of them in the saline along with their labels from the boxes so they could see. Took over a week of back and forth emails & then the final e-mail they told me it was after my warrantee period even though I contacted them within a week of receiving and that was the end of the convo. Of I could give this company zero stars I would. What a waste of $100+

I clearly paid for my items and believe me I'm getting tired of being told it was put in a mailbox no one seems to know any thing about it please just resend my order or my money. I'm really sad over this delay and not getting anything but a run around call here call there I did no reply but yet they have my money????

Update: My negative review was removed. I purchased 3 more pairs of colored contacts in my size. One of them was the New York Pro Blue color (US Wharehouse). There are 5, 5-star reviews for this color online however, I don't believe these are rated this high. When I put them in, I could not see out of them. The pupil hole is very small. The color is very scary on, does not look like the photo. The color made me look like I had zombie's eyes. I wrote 3, 2-star reviews, 3 different times on them because each time it was not posting. Finally, I gave it 5 stars but a bad and honest review with 2 photos to back up my review. It posted instantly! (I checked) but then was removed 2 days later. I emailed Beacolors asking if they filter reviews and they replied, no, they do not have permission to delete reviews. But they do, I took a photo of my review when it was posted and now it's gone. I do not trust a company that has no integrity & filters out customer reviews just to boost sales. It's a bit scary because you do not know what kind of reviews they're filtering out. I will no longer use them and I do not recommend them. Original Review: I made my first purchase on February 2, 2023. I bought 3 pairs from the US warehouse to get them faster. I received them within a week. Only 1 out of the 3 I did not care for. The green was too yellow looking for me and made my eyes look a bit scary lol. The lenses do look a bit different than the models but it does state that based on eye color it will vary. I have since purchased 6 more pairs! 3 for myself and 3 for my nieces that I will see next month. They are so soft and flexible, they also give you a free case with your order, and the lenses come nicely packaged individually. Their prices are GREAT! & so many options to choose from and if you order from the US warehouse you'll have them within a week. I cannot comment on the shipping time for international as I try not to take the risk of a lost order.

Ordered ten pairs, because it was BOGO 5 for 5 and the site advertises that shipping is free over three pairs, but I was still charged for shipping. I had to get Venmo involved to get back $10.99 and had to contact PayPal to get tracking numbers because the tracking email never came. I tried to email them and use the phone number listed on the site and neither worked, in fact the emails were returned unable to send. After I got PayPal involved I did get the email of tracking info. Half my order has arrived from the US warehouse, but the other half hasn’t left China yet and it’s been over a week. Obviously you can’t get ahold of these people unless you’re PayPal threatening to refund the money to the customer. Not sure if I’ll ever see the other half of my order. The five that came from their warehouse in California are Mislens brand, which is also how the charge showed up on Venmo. I’m afraid to actually put them in my eyes after seeing some of the warnings online about “non-prescription contacts” (ie: ILLEGAL contacts) and I’ve since reported the company for unlawful sales of medical equipment in the US and contacted Venmo again about a refund since they’re likely unsafe to wear and illegally sold. Still waiting on a response from Venmo. They don’t require a prescription so they’re breaking federal law and they have a US warehouse in California - DON’T buy from this site! The Mislens trustpilot review page has 46% NEGATIVE reviews. That should tell you something by itself! They advertise that the contacts are “FDA-approved” and safe to wear, made from safe materials, blah blah… but the FDA has nothing to do with this company or they would REQUIRE a prescription regardless of whether or not they need to be corrective, or simply cosmetic lenses. Be smarter than I was — STAY FAR AWAY!! My 16yo niece called it: any company selling $10 contacts is likely to make you go blind. There goes $65 down the drain because I didn’t do thorough enough research before buying. *facepalm* My 16yo niece is going to have a good laugh at my expense. From the reviews here and on the Mislens page, I’m not likely to ever see the other half of my order. Thankfully, if Venmo doesn’t help me out, PayPal said they’d issue a refund if the other half of my order doesn’t arrive. I feel so freaking stupid!
