Dear customer, We're sorry to hear you've had such a frustrating experience. For free lenses offer, just confirm you have 7 items in your shopping cart. The first level of Buy X Get Y Free Automatic Discount on our website requires at least 7 items. The system will automatically waive the fee for 3 lowest-priced pairs, but this discount cannot be combined with some special coupons. If you qualified for the above-mentioned condition but still have no discounts, then please contact our customer service team with a screenshot proof. We promise you we'll tailor a satisfactory resolution for you.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. It said free shipping if you order 3 or more. I ordered 3 and was still charged for shipping and what's even worse, they frkn only sent 2 NOT 3 AND THE 2 THEY SENT WERE THE SAME COLOR. What happened to the other 2 I ordered?? $56 bucks down the drain! Never Ever Again!! DON'T DO IT! SMH.

I ordered $30.00 worth of colored contacts on 2-14-2024 and have yet to receive them. I've even called the so called number for this company, only to find out it's out of order. As far as I'm concerned they're a bunch of thieves. Only got one star cause I couldn't post without giving them something.

No contact lenses in your contact lens case? Do you mean the product packaging does not have lenses? I don’t quite understand what you mean. You can provide us with photos of the problem you mentioned, etc. by email or through online chat for verification.

If it looks too good to be true
If it looks too good to be true, it probably is! Their prices are half of what I normally pay for colored contacts, so I was leery. Also, their 5 star reviews all seem like they were written by bots. I won’t buy from any company that uses bots to create great reviews.
