BC Tax did a great job in communicating with me and understanding my concerns. They made recommendations and secured what we agreed with the IRS. On an ongoing basis if I had specific questions, their response was very quick!

Well to start off with they called me straight up and told me they could help with my debt to the IRS instead of sending letters that look like it’s from the IRS to trick me into hiring them like so many others did. I mean if they’re going to trick you into calling them that’s a bad start if you ask me. As far as I can tell they’ve done everything they said they would do which was work a compromise with the IRS for a fraction of the money I actually owed. I am happy with the compromise.
