Had a problem with the LS3408 not scanning certain barcodes. Contacted Cliff at BCD on their website chat for some advice who took my email to seek advice from one of his team. Later that day got a reply back from Cliff with a solution that worked perfectly. Excellent 10/10 customer service and a swift response. Would definitely recommend using their service. Thank you so much!

Best service, prompt shipping and they always have what we need in stock. If they dont, they go out of their way to try and get what is needed, even if it is from another vendor. I have been working with Gary for about 2 or so years now, and I have been recommending BCD to other warehouses and production facilities that i have been working with. You cannot go wrong with BCD for any warehouse or production facility need!
