I've ordered from BC9 Labz a few different times and have always received high quality products. The customer service is top notch, always responding quickly to emails, even on weekends and outside of normal business hours. They offer different payment options so you can choose what's more convenient and products are shipped out quickly after payment.

They screwed up my order TWICE and refused to make it right. Sent entirely different product than what I ordered twice. The whole process took more than a month, after receiving the wrong product a second time they said “we can only do one replacement”. Too bad so sad. Never had a worse experience with any online order business.
