Ordered a Gozney dome wood rack, fast free delivery and it came witha nice thank you note. Will certainly do business with this company again.

Fast service. Received grill in less than a week.

I ordered a Napoleon Prestige 500. It was professionally delivered on a pallet. Shipping was quick and the price was competitive. Veteran owned business who wrote me a hand written note thanking me for my business.

I purchased a Napoleon Prestige 500 grill and several accessories from BBQ Authority and had an excellent experience. From the moment I placed my order they were in constant communication with me... they even had a REAL person (not an automated message) reach out to me to offer assistance if needed. She also called me to provide information on what to expect for delivery etc. I have to admit I was a little worried they may mess up my order since I had ordered so much. But everything was perfect. Delivery was smooth and everything I ordered was included. They also threw in a free gift and a handwritten note, which I really appreciated. I would definitely order from them again. Thank you BBQ Authority!

BBQ Authority Update.... The promised free gift arrived about a week after the grill arrived ....and it was worth the wait... 1 bottle of hot sauce 5 oz ... 1 shaker of sweet rub 5 oz .... 1 shaker of hot rub 5 oz... 1 XL black tee shirt - That says "grill with authority " Lastly a 9 X 4 grill magnet with BBQ Authority name + website .... I `m passing the word around to give this company a try !!!!
