Verification was quicker than expected, clearing in about a day and a half. The dashboard is genuinely well organised—performance and allocations are separated clearly rather than buried in menus. What I found frustrating was the fee structure; the headline rate is easy to find, but the underlying management charges only appeared in a separate document I had to request. I emailed about it and got a clear, polite breakdown within a day. Returns have tracked roughly as illustrated, though two months isn't much to judge by. Competent so far, but read the paperwork carefully before committing more.
