I really appreciate you taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback about your experience in our PCI-DSS Cybersecurity training program. It's incredibly valuable for us to hear directly from students like yourself about what's working well and where we can improve. I'm so glad to hear you found the course content comprehensive and relevant, covering all of the key PCI requirements. And it's fantastic that you had such a positive experience with your success coach - their commitment to being friendly, prompt, polite and professional is so important to us. The Q&A sessions are definitely a cornerstone of the program, so I'm happy those have been useful forums for getting your questions answered too. We really appreciate you suggesting more assessment simulation exercises and agree that hands-on practice is vital. This is something we are striving to include more of as we continue to grow and improve our program. Thank you again for your candid 4-star review, Kyle. We highly value your perspective and will take your feedback into consideration as we keep striving to improve. We're so glad you've found the program fruitful so far, and we hope you'll keep us posted on your cybersecurity journey!
