Dear David Morales, I’m Natalia Leclère, a Customer Representative at Bauthe. I’m reaching out regarding the review you recently posted, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. After reviewing your comments, it appears that the review may have been posted for the wrong business or may relate to a different seller. Bauthe is a beauty and skincare company, and our business is focused on beauty, skincare, makeup, haircare, body care, and personal-care products. We understand why seeing Pokémon products associated with a beauty-focused company would understandably seem unusual, especially given your comments about the pricing and authenticity of the products. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter. If you did purchase a Pokémon product from Bauthe, please provide us with your order number, purchase confirmation, screenshot, or the link to the listing you are referring to. This will allow us to investigate the matter properly and determine exactly what transaction or seller your review relates to. If the review was intended for a different business, we kindly ask that you consider updating or removing it once you have confirmed the correct retailer. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and want to make sure your concerns are addressed by the appropriate company. If you need to contact us directly, you can reach our customer support team at 980 Lords Hill Dr, Fountain, CO 80817, United States, by email at [email protected], or by phone at +1 (458) 521-6542.
