Shocking...
I had one of their battery tenders on my motorcycle. It sent 120v house current through the bike and me when I walked by. Thankfully I was uninjured. I mailed them the charger and they said at the time they would reimburse me for my expenses fixing the bike. I never heard anything, pandemic, life, etc. I finally followed up with them and was told they will only send me a new charger. Like I want to get shocked again or something. Anyway, terrible company and customer service, but I’m mainly writing this to let people know who have been potentially injured that Schumacher is aware of the problem. I’ll never buy another charger from them and think it’s borderline criminal they know about this problem and have done nothing.
