Takes your money and lies about shipping your order
In April 2021, I paid $53.98 for a hard-to-find 45W Google Pixelbook 3.0 USB-C Charger Power adapter and a 3-in-1 mobile device charging cable from this merchant. The site seemed professional; I was able to create an account with it and pay for my order via PayPal. Within five days, I received an email notification from the vendor stating that my purchased item had been shipped. The email contained a link with my tracking information. When I followed the link, it displayed an empty field and told me to enter a shipper, i.e. UPS, FedEx, or USPS to complete the tracking query. I emailed the vendor about this once, then a second time when I did not receive a reply within three days. Finally, the vendor replied with an email that said: “I am sorry to inform you that your order is out of stock, hasn't been shipped out. Regards.” There was no signature, no indication of a refund, and no explanation for why I was sent tracking information when nothing had been shipped to me in the first place. I emailed right away a request for a refund. I did not hear from the vendor, and as before, I emailed a second time. The vendor responded after the second email stating only, “Hi, I will apply refund for you.” It has been two weeks from my order, and I have not received a refund from this merchant. The merchant’s website is still fraudulently advertising that they have the item available for sale, and is still taking people’s money for the item. The merchant website lists an address in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province of China.
