Pathetic service and a highly disappointing experience. Very expensive, with repeated and unnecessary delays in material delivery. 100% advance is taken upfront, but thereafter the team becomes largely unresponsive. A penalty clause for delayed completion is included in the agreement, but when it comes to honouring it, getting a response becomes a challenge. It feels like the clause is there only to make the customer comfortable at the time of booking. Overall, a stressful and disappointing experience. Would not recommend BathXpertz.
