Great platform, great experience, always things to improve.
We are very pleased with the service overall. The platform is excellent and the curriculum, while not perfect, is very supportive of us as B1 learners moving forward as fast as we can. Two suggestions to consider: First, as a couple both learning on Baselang and paying two subscription fees, we would prefer some type of discounting to reflect our level of commitment, which is pretty substantial and will go on for the foreseeable future. Second, we need more than 3 Favorite teacher options. For people like us using the platform every day, we need, say, 5 Favorites available to us. Our experience is that 3 is just not enough and even 1 more (ideally 2) would make the choosing and scheduling system almost perfect.
