Here's how it happened: I deposited 2000 euros without any issues, but when it came to withdrawing my winnings, the cunning representatives of the casino came up with dozens of incomprehensible reasons why I couldn't claim my prize, with the main absurdity occurring in the verification process. You see, according to the casino administration, for me to have the opportunity to withdraw money, the Barz representatives needed to request my verification from other casinos, even though I had already successfully completed verification and had every reason to withdraw funds! In my communication with the casino support team, I repeatedly explained that I couldn't provide a bank statement showing my salary deposit, as I made my deposit using winnings from another casino. Despite my explanations, the Barz representatives stubbornly insisted on scrutinizing my financial statement, which had no relevance to deposits in their casino.
